Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with settlement agreement. I talked Mrs Katya she preceded to satisfy my desire to close the account and send me a refund. Watch the equality of your investments , dollar by dollar.
I transferred mi 401k to a rollover account but decided to cancel within legal limits, Annie Anderson from Lear Capital disregarded my decision and proceeded with the transaction all I want is a refund based on it she asked me to call Equity trust personality only to find a disconnected line ? Need an answer please. Mario Moran

I could not compliment Lear Capital enough.
In April I requested information online from Lear Capital regarding precious metals - primarily gold. In years past I was a General Securities Principal - so I know a thing or two about stocks, bonds, mutual funds, limited partnerships and so forth but had no knowledge of precious metals investing.
I spoke on the phone with Derek Martin, a Senior Account Executive with Lear Capital. I ended up purchasing some gold coins and setting up a self directed IRA funded by gold coins. Everything went exceptionally smooth and between Derek and Lear's IRA department everything was set up over a few days and my coins were on their way to me. The only glitch to the process was that the UPS driver delivered my coins to the wrong address and I actually saw them drive away.
I immediately called Derek who sprang into action to get my coins to me. Within a couple of hours the UPS driver retrieved my coins and called me and completed delivery of my gold. My coins are now securely in my safe and my IRA coins are safely deposited in the depository. I could not compliment Lear Capital enough.
Their spread was reasonable and service was impeccable. The 5-star rating I gave above says I would recommend to a friend. Well guess what? I have recommended Lear Capital and buying gold to several friends.

I have been investing in gold/silver for 10+ years. I have used different companies along the way.
I had a dilemma in choosing non-reportable silver bars. Recently, For the first time, I called for Lear Capital and Will Obi really took the time to break down the differences of reportable coins/bars vs the non-reportable coins/bars. I couldn't believe no one else had this information PLUS a solution!
