Shipping Issues
I've enjoyed working with Gerald. The first time I ordered a significant amount of gold, it was left on my doorstep! No signature and I was gone all day! So when I placed my second, significant order, I specified that I absolutely did not want my order left unattended or left without a physical signature. The order was again left, this time in my garage when I wasn't home and I had a house full of contractors! The package was clearly labeled "do not leave unattended" and "physical signature required" so this is not the fault of Lear Capital. Update: Lear Capital followed up with me on my concerns and went above and beyond to make this right, even though the shipping issues were no fault of their own. I appreciate the follow up as the customer service I received up until the shipping issues was top notch...so I am changing my rating to 5 stars. by Deb L
